The CF 65 is designed for use with drain type fryers.
All models are made with 304 stainless steel #4 polish. The hose assembly and power pack are specifically designed to handle the high temperature of fryer oil (325 degrees Fahrenheit. The one piece container design provides easy access for cleaning and protection during operation. The recessed cover assembly provides a splash guard for added protection during operation from oil spillage, as well as prevention of any sediment getting into the container during the pre-filter part of the operation.
